Kingdom Advancement Mission Study
If You Really Want to Help
Meeting Tuesdays, from August 4 through 25
from 9:00 am - 10:15 am EDT
Our efforts to serve people experiencing material poverty can sometimes cause unintended harm. Join Rev. Greg Jenks and Dr. Derek Russell for a four-week online study of If You Really Want to Help by Kurt Kandler. As the Global Methodist Church seeks a more effective approach to mission work, rethinking how we serve is essential.
Rev. Jenks (NCGMC) and Dr. Russell (AWGMC) serve as conference coordinators for global partnerships in their respective conferences.
The study will meet on Tuesday mornings, August 4 - 25, from 9:00 to 10:15 a.m. EDT.

ENGAGE is a two-day interactive training event focused on best practices for Acts 1:8 local and global missions.
This training is designed to equip, connect, and empower local churches and annual conference leaders for more effective missional outreach.
Participants will explore:
- Foundations of effective local and global missions
- Practical strategies for Acts 1:8 ministry
- Strengthening church-based missional outreach
- Collaboration with other churches and conference leaders
- Advancing the Global Methodist Church's mission to make disciples of Jesus Christ and spread scriptural holiness around the world
